About This Role
- Lead or participate in complex software engineering initiatives focusing on specialty domains within electronic trading.
- Design, develop, test, and support low-latency, high-throughput Java applications used in financial trading environments, including exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading.
- Ensure quality, security, compliance, and risk management for supported systems; troubleshoot and resolve real-time production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience (via work experience, training, education, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing low-latency Java (8+) applications for financial trading.
- Experience with electronic trading / algorithmic trading, including protocols like FIX, ITCH, OUCH, and messaging systems such as Solace or Aeron.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Hyderabad or Bangalore offices per company policies.

- Experienced in multi-threaded and distributed system development within electronic trading platforms.
- Familiar with financial markets, trading systems, relevant regulations, and compliance requirements in trading environments.
- Capable of collaborating closely with product managers, traders, and operations teams to drive technical solutions and innovation.
