About This Role
- Design, develop, debug, and troubleshoot software components within the ServiceNow platform and related technical products for Corporate Technology HRSD Workforce Technology team.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer review and automated testing.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain including agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security) to deliver secure, stable, scalable software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code using at least one modern programming language and database querying languages in a large corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, with ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Extensive knowledge or proven ability to quickly learn the ServiceNow platform, including custom widgets, scripting, navigation, and configuration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ServiceNow platform implementation with knowledge of its PaaS model and integration solutions.
- Familiarity with HRSD domain and ServiceNow NowAssist considered a plus.
- Comfortable operating within agile SDLC processes focusing on secure, resilient, stable software delivery while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows.
