About This Role
- Develop, design, and troubleshoot Java Springboot-based backend components within an agile team that supports the firm’s secure and scalable technology products.
- Write secure, high-quality code using Java and AWS Services with the aid of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools, ensuring quality through peer review and automated testing.
- Analyze large data sets to identify issues and contribute to secure, stable application development, while applying knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies such as CI/CD and security practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
- 3+ years of applied experience in software development, system design, and operational stability.
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Java Springboot and AWS Services.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

- Experienced in large corporate environments working with Java backend development and AWS cloud services.
- Comfortable and skilled in leveraging AI-assisted development tools critically to improve code quality and productivity.
- Familiar with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices with a focus on security and application resiliency.
