Own end-to-end outcomes including requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and production support for Java-based core trading services across pre-trade, trade capture, pricing, and risk workflows.
Drive migration of legacy systems to cloud-native patterns with strong focus on reliability, scalability, security, and operational KPIs; report progress to senior leadership.
10+ years software engineering experience specifically in Java and Spring ecosystem (Core Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
5+ years of applied experience architecting and delivering production-grade AWS systems with cloud-native design and operational excellence.
Experience in Fixed Income trading systems or closely related capital markets domains.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in AWS architecture and delivery.

Experience with event-driven, distributed systems and messaging patterns (Kafka preferred) in capital markets or financial services environments.
