About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise-level frontend architectures using React.js and TypeScript.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and code generation with a focus on high-quality, scalable systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (PMs, designers, backend architects) to deliver fast, scalable, and resilient merchant-facing experiences on the Easyship platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in frontend development building sophisticated Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- 5+ years of experience with React.js including hooks, context API, and advanced state management.
- 5+ years of enterprise-scale TypeScript experience.
- Must be based onsite in Bengaluru (MG Road) to work UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect-level engineer capable of defining and governing advanced React patterns and frontend best practices to minimize technical debt.
- Proficient in integrating AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) into frontend development workflows to boost productivity and quality.
- Strong communicator able to align cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers while driving rigorous architectural and code reviews.
