About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data services, and real-time event-driven data solutions using Python, cloud-native technologies, and Confluent Kafka.
- Build and support APIs and backend components with frameworks like FastAPI; optimize data models and workflows in Snowflake.
- Deploy, operate, troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and support data platform quality, governance, and observability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing and building data-intensive applications and cloud-based systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, experience with Snowflake, Confluent Kafka, FastAPI, Kubernetes, and cloud services (Azure preferred).
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production support activities.

- Experienced in end-to-end development and operational support of cloud-native data platforms and streaming data architectures.
- Skilled collaborator able to work across software engineering, platform engineering, data science, and business teams in a global environment.
