About This Role
- Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for projects focused on cloud-native microservices and Title and Escrow APIs.
- Lead technology adoption, mentor junior engineers, conduct training, and ensure timely successful project delivery through coordination with project managers.
- Resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, drive innovation through prototypes, optimize system performance, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience with Microsoft technologies including C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js, Python.
- 6+ years experience with microservices and event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or similar.
- 5+ years experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, etc.).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years; also requires experience in system design, CI/CD tools, GenAI technologies, and a technical leadership role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical direction and mentoring engineers in enterprise-scale software projects involving microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong background in both backend and frontend technologies with hands-on expertise in modern UI frameworks (React.js, Angular) and system architecture.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Architecture) to align technology with business objectives and drive continuous improvements.
