About This Role
- Support and troubleshoot cloud-based SaaS server technologies across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Perform software installation, configuration, system administration, and monitor application performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analyses, and provide continuous integration/deployment support to product development teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and demonstrable proficiency or professional experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with relational and No-SQL databases, configuration management, orchestration technologies, operating system administration, and proficiency in at least one programming language.

- Experience working in multi-cloud SaaS environments supporting mission-critical applications with a focus on availability, performance, and security.
- Comfortable managing workload with multiple ongoing projects and dynamic interruptions, adhering to after-hours on-call and emergency response commitments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating effectively with product development teams to remediate and prevent issues.
