Familiarity with relational and No-SQL databases, configuration management, orchestration technologies, operating system administration, and proficiency in at least one programming language.
Experience working in multi-cloud SaaS environments supporting mission-critical applications with a focus on availability, performance, and security.
Comfortable managing workload with multiple ongoing projects and dynamic interruptions, adhering to after-hours on-call and emergency response commitments.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating effectively with product development teams to remediate and prevent issues.
