About This Role
- Own and develop the non-market outcomes strategy (health, gender, life skills) for a 3-year economic inclusion program, translating theory of change into structured, sequenced coaching interventions.
- Iterate and pilot behaviour-change modules and facilitation guides tailored for ultra-poor rural households, integrating field insights rapidly into program design.
- Collaborate with local partners, government bodies, and operations teams to co-design content, scale training, and embed interventions into ongoing program delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program/product design, behaviour-change interventions, or social-sector work.
- Experience in designing and iterating structured coaching or behaviour-change programs is mandatory.
- Fluency in written and spoken Hindi and English required.
- Place of posting: Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong user-context judgment with ability to adapt expert or government content into practical, field-ready solutions for ultra-poor rural demographics.
- Comfortable with rapid test-learn-iterate cycles and breaking down complex, cross-cutting problems into coherent programs.
- Experience scaling programs through partnerships with government bodies (e.g., SRLMs) and local field partners.
