About This Role
- Lead technology adoption and integration for complex IoT and Connected Car cloud platforms.
- Guide teams on customer-centric, data-driven product development and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure product adoption.
- Manage and mentor teams using scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe) for program delivery, including people development and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of software experience; 3+ years managing cloud-native software development teams.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Expertise in AWS or Azure cloud with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi, Terraform, ARM) and microservices development in Java and/or Golang.
- Certifications in Cloud Computing (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud), Agile (Scrum, SAFe), and DevOps required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader familiar with international product development and multi-geography stakeholder management.
- Strong background in cloud-native software engineering and agile program management at scale.
- Comfortable managing diverse teams with coaching, mentoring, and performance management responsibilities in an international R&D environment.
