About This Role
- Lead HSE program execution for BlackRock's India North campus (Gurgaon) and oversee HSE across all India locations ensuring regulatory compliance and safety culture.
- Manage day-to-day risk identification, mitigation, incident management, emergency preparedness, and vendor/contractor safety governance.
- Line manage India West South HSE Manager and collaborate with multiple stakeholders for consistent, data-driven HSE delivery across a multi-site portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HSE, Industrial Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
- 8-12 years of HSE experience including managing multi-site or regional programs and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Indian HSE regulations and global safety standards.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate/Diploma or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor preferred.
