About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and development of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ESM domains, and custom applications.
- Own advanced scripting, integration with third-party systems, and automation including ServiceNow release upgrades and testing.
- Provide technical leadership including code reviews, mentoring developers, performance optimization, and managing escalations/L3 support.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience in enterprise or managed service environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON, XML, CMDB, CSDM principles, Automated Test Framework, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with third-party integrations (Active Directory, Workday, Okta, custom APIs) via REST, SOAP, MID Servers.
- Work Experience Required: 6-8+ years; Certifications preferred but not mandatory (CSA, CAD, CIS).
