Act as a Finance Business Partner to Regional, Area, Global finance teams and L&S Product teams, driving data-driven decision-making and profitable revenue growth through financial analysis and insights.
Lead Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Operating Planning (AOP) cycles with structured reporting, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
Drive continuous improvements in reporting automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities within the FP&A Data & Insights Center of Excellence.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles within commercial or consulting environments.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis, modeling, and executive reporting.
Experience with Business Finance, Product P&L management, and global business operations; exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and financial systems is advantageous.
Experienced in Finance Business Partnering and FP&A within globally matrixed, commercial organizations supporting product and business finance teams.
Skilled in translating commercial strategy into financial plans and performance management with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to communicate complex financial insights effectively to senior leadership and drive stakeholder alignment across diverse teams.
