About This Role
- Design and own end-to-end scalable Salesforce enterprise solutions including architecture decisions on application design, integration, security, data model, and deployment.
- Provide technical oversight and governance across Salesforce development including LWC, Apex, automation, and integrations.
- Lead technical discussions, estimation, risk assessments, mentoring, and resolution of design and development blockers throughout full project lifecycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with proven roles as Solution or Technical Architect in enterprise implementations.
- Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Salesforce transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data/security/sharing models, integration design (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
- Certification: Salesforce Application Architect; Location: India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex Salesforce environments with emphasis on scalable, maintainable architecture compliant with platform limits and governance standards.
- Proficient in translating business requirements into reusable technical designs and documentation (SDD, integration specs, architecture diagrams).
- Capable of providing technical leadership and mentoring within agile/sprint development cycles involving cross-functional stakeholders.
