About This Role
- Design and architect scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging OmniStudio/Vlocity components in complex business environments.
- Lead technical architecture decisions including application design, system integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy aligned with governance standards.
- Drive technical leadership by mentoring teams, leading technical discussions, and collaborating with business and client stakeholders throughout development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years hands-on OmniStudio/Vlocity expertise.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations with full lifecycle Salesforce transformation exposure.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Location: India. Salesforce Application Architect certification required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise Salesforce transformations specifically involving Higher Education Cloud implementations.
- Demonstrates strong integration architecture knowledge including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware orchestration.
- Capable of providing technical leadership with skills in architecture governance, technical risk assessment, and effective stakeholder communication.
