About This Role
- Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts to investigate variances and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve open items.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives focusing on simplification, automation, and operational efficiency leveraging digital tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience in General Accounting / Record-to-Report processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
