About This Role
- Manage and lead a team of Content Analysts responsible for updating financial data with high quality and fast turnaround.
- Oversee all front-line management duties including training, performance reviews, compensation decisions, hiring, and staff development.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring team meets or exceeds service, productivity, and quality targets; champion AI adoption and Six Sigma process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Prior experience in financial data collection or content production; prior management experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Work Hours: Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Skills: Strong computer, research, training, communication skills; knowledge of financial content and terminology.
