Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and workflows such as Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML).
Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and configure connectors for systems including AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based apps.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in IGA implementations, total work experience 4 years.
Experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory, LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Experienced with configuring and managing identity lifecycle management and access governance processes and tools.
Capable of interacting with clients, facilitating workshops, and estimating effort for implementation and support tasks.
Preference for candidates with strong AD & LDAP integration knowledge and ability to lead or mentor team members in fast-paced environments.
