About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple finance-related projects ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee transition and standardization of global finance processes within a shared services environment, driving continuous improvement including automation and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Provide leadership to Project Managers and finance teams, including coaching, performance management, and stakeholder relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in finance operations, project management, or finance transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Mandatory certification: CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent preferred/required.
- Experience managing global finance process transitions and teams in a shared services or global environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale finance projects with strong financial process expertise including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
- Capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving organizational change with structured change management approaches.
- Proven leadership in coaching and developing teams, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and delivering measurable operational improvements through process standardization and automation.
