Support and maintain Blue Yonder (BY) Planning solutions for Demand/Strategy and Supply Planning including IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP, ESP, Demand, and Fulfilment modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Consulting, and Cloud Services to troubleshoot, enhance, and implement design changes based on customer requirements.
Provide technical and non-technical support during steady state, including root cause analysis, incident management, system monitoring, performance tuning, and advising customers on industry best practices and process methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain products within an IT context; total IT experience between 4 to 11 years.
Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and understanding of BY solutions workflow and configuration.
Willingness to provide 24x7/on-call support including weekends; ability to work with various cross-functional teams.
Experienced in supporting and enhancing Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning suite, with a strong understanding of the modules and data workflows.
Skilled in debugging and analyzing code (Java preferred) and comfortable with technical troubleshooting and system performance optimization.
Has a strategic mindset to align BY solution configuration with client business processes and provide insightful advice on industry best practices and innovations.
