Manage Murex production support including Level 2/3 application support and environment management.

Experienced in troubleshooting and debugging with SME-level knowledge of Murex application and environment issues.
Familiarity with exchange traded and OTC derivatives, specifically credit and rates products and their lifecycle.
Comfortable working independently with client stakeholders and coordinating with onshore teams under ITIL-driven incident and change workflows.
