About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of GenAI/agentic solutions on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure) from prototype to production with measurable business impact.
- Own end-to-end delivery including architecture, integration, testing, evaluation, operational guides, and live stabilization while ensuring security, safety, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with customer teams to transfer knowledge, mitigate AI-specific risks (e.g., hallucinations, privacy), and create reusable assets and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure with integration and security.
- Proven experience in production-grade delivery of AI-infused workflows or GenAI agentic solutions with deployment and operational readiness.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced engineer capable of translating ambiguous business needs into technical GenAI solutions with strong end-to-end delivery ownership.
