About This Role
- Gather and document comprehensive business requirements aligned with business outcomes and KPIs.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and support Agile sprint planning including backlog refinement.
- Support testing phases including UAT coordination and defect triage; analyze and recommend improvements for business processes in client platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or technology roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred but not mandatory; Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in working with both business and technology stakeholders, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills demonstrated through creation of user stories and process flows.
- Proven ability to manage Agile ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint planning, indicating operational familiarity with Agile-based project environments.
