About This Role
- Lead the development and modernization of Security Baseline Configuration program, converting policies into secure-by-default baseline catalogs to improve deployment speed and security outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex security configuration work items including analysis, implementation, validation, and closure with minimal supervision while maintaining high-volume queue management.
- Drive automation, scripting, AI-enabled efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement, test, and maintain security solutions aligned with CIS Benchmarks and other standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands-on experience with security engineering or infrastructure engineering with security responsibilities.
- Advanced knowledge in at least two relevant domains such as security baseline configurations/hardening, scripting/automation, server OS, encryption, or network concepts.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant Technology/Security discipline or equivalent (desired, but not explicitly mandated).
