About This Role
- Lead daily operations and support for Apigee and IBM DataPower platforms ensuring uptime, stability, and performance.
- Own and resolve high-severity (P1/P2) incidents including root cause analysis and cross-team communication.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with Apigee OPDK, Apigee Hybrid, IBM DataPower, and core components like Routers, Message Processors, Cassandra, Zookeeper, Postgres required.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Unix scripting and Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years explicitly mentioned.
