About This Role
- Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives influencing engineering standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, test, and document full stack Java-based applications including RESTful and GraphQL APIs with SQL/NoSQL integration.
- Mentor engineers, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and production support including CI/CD and cloud deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience (work experience, training, education, or military experience).
- Proficiency in Java development including full stack and microservices architectures (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Experience with React or Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
