Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and knowledge of Incident, Request, and Change Management processes.
Excellent English communication skills with presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experienced in hardware asset governance and endpoint lifecycle management in enterprise environments operating with ITIL-aligned ITSM practices.
Proficient in using dashboarding tools like Power BI/Tableau and process design tools to support operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
Capable of engaging multiple stakeholders including business, security, procurement, and vendors to drive technology service enhancements and automation.
