Design and build robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce.com modules and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience administering, configuring, and building Salesforce.com solutions.
Strong experience with APEX, Salesforce.com Objects, Integration, data manipulation, security, and database design.
Experience working in an onshore/offshore team model and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce solution design, construction, and deployment within iterative, fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working across distributed teams (onshore and offshore) and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledgeable in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration strategies, with the ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize solutions.
