About This Role
- Design, build, and troubleshoot complex Workday Financial reports (Composite, Matrix, Advanced reports) including P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow.
- Guide customers in ingesting, preparing, and blending external operational data with Workday financial data using Workday Prism Analytics and advise on Workday Accounting Center configuration for journal entries.
- Deliver micro-consulting engagements to optimize customer use of Workday Financial Reporting, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Center, including presentations and adoption reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of IT implementation experience.
- 8+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
- 2+ years of software consulting experience with financial reporting and data integration skills (ETL, data modeling).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building trusted customer relationships with ability to translate complex financial requirements into Workday solutions.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financial Reporting, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Center concepts with relevant certifications preferred.
- Able to manage multiple engagements, deliver structured configuration guidance, and conduct workshops to drive customer adoption and optimization.
