Lead ETL and Data Warehouse testing for AWS-to-GCP data migration and cloud transformation projects.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including complex SQL queries, API testing, and Python-based validation to ensure data accuracy and pipeline reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Developers, and client stakeholders to validate large-scale data pipelines, migrations, and data platforms across AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift, DBT) and GCP (BigQuery, GCS).
6 to 15 years of experience in ETL and Data Warehouse Testing.
Strong proficiency in complex SQL and experience with ETL/ELT concepts, data pipeline architectures, and dimensional data models.
Hands-on experience testing AWS data services: Glue, S3, Redshift, DBT and GCP services: BigQuery, GCS.
Experience in API testing (RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads) and Python scripting for data validation and automation.
Experienced in validating enterprise-scale data migrations and transformations in cloud environments specifically AWS and GCP.
Domain experience or familiarity with Customs Brokerage, Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain is advantageous.
Able to operate effectively in a remote role with periodic client interaction and extended or flexible shifts aligned to project needs.
