- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments with zero customer downtime, including building at least one pipeline from scratch.
- Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, implement actionable postmortems, and proactively instrument monitoring tools to detect issues before customers do.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience running production environments as SRE, DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer with real ownership.
- Experience with production-grade AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Proficient in Docker/Kubernetes under load, Terraform and Ansible (or equivalent IaC) in daily use, and scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
- Demonstrated experience building CI/CD pipelines from zero (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and implementing Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments in production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in high-availability domains such as FinTech, Payments, or Healthcare with familiarity in compliance-sensitive environments.
- Fluent in SLOs, error budgets, chaos engineering, and AI-powered operational tooling (e.g., triage bots, incident summarization).
- Comfortable with autonomous decision-making, rapid infrastructure changes, and closely collaborating with senior leadership including founders.
