About This Role
- Own code quality and long-term maintainability for core product components with active hands-on coding in C#.NET and React.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints while communicating product vision clearly.
- Ensure product decisions align with scalable technical architecture, oversee technical debt, documentation, and participate in sprint ceremonies to balance new features and refactoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of relevant work experience (Freshers and interns not eligible).
- Fluent hands-on coding skills in C#.NET and React technologies.
- 1+ years experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role with strong understanding of Agile/Scrum lifecycle.
- Willingness to relocate to Finland within 1 year.

- Experienced in balancing product ownership with code-level technical stewardship and driving product sustainability.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions influencing both technical and business aspects of product development.
