About This Role
- Advise leadership on complex technical needs across multiple domains including applications, networking, security, and databases.
- Lead strategy and resolve highly complex enterprise-wide challenges with innovative, long-term solutions.
- Provide vision and expert guidance on advanced technology adoption, innovation, and governance related to Gen AI and its deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent (via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Deep expertise in GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LLMOps, observability, and production deployment.
- Proven leadership in AI evaluation, benchmarking, safety testing, and continuous model quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, compliance, cybersecurity risks, and mitigation strategies related to GenAI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in deploying and managing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions and architectures with end-to-end technical ownership.
- Capable of engaging and advising senior leadership across multiple technical domains to influence strategic AI direction and governance.
- Demonstrates expertise in AI security, responsible AI frameworks, and maintaining compliance within regulated environments.
