About This Role
- Own the end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA ERP transformation programme for TEAL, including strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple business units and plants.
- Lead business process re-engineering and standardisation across key operational processes to enable SAP best practices and reduce customisation.
- Manage data governance, enterprise integration architecture, and organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-18+ years of ERP transformation experience with at least two full SAP transformation programmes.
- At least one SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementation as Programme Lead, Transformation Lead or Solution Lead.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology; MBA preferred; SAP S/4HANA certification desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors and strong SAP domain knowledge including ECC, S/4HANA, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, procurement.
