About This Role
- Lead the Business Intelligence and MIS function for the Quality Assurance department, managing the MIS team.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure timely distribution of reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring systems for multiple Quality teams.
- Drive data analysis, reporting automation, digital transformation, process improvements, and coordinate CAPEX/OPEX planning and cross-functional digital initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Manufacturing Analytics, including experience leading MIS/Analytics teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, POSS, or SAP is required.
- Experience with dashboard development, reporting automation, and management reporting.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and manufacturing operations.

- Operates effectively in cross-functional environments, coordinating projects involving IT, Audit, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Experienced in managing and improving MIS and BI processes with a focus on accuracy, standardization, and governance of Quality reports.
- Demonstrates strong strategic insight by proactively identifying deviations and risks, providing key insights to leadership for business and strategic decisions.
