Lead the Business Intelligence and MIS function for the Quality Assurance department, managing the MIS team.
Develop, maintain, and ensure timely distribution of reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring systems for multiple Quality teams.
Drive data analysis, reporting automation, digital transformation, process improvements, and coordinate CAPEX/OPEX planning and cross-functional digital initiatives.
5–8 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Manufacturing Analytics, including experience leading MIS/Analytics teams.
