Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture focusing on identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and policy enforcement including SoD.
Develop and configure connectors (AD, LDAP, databases, REST APIs), workflows, automated provisioning, access certification campaigns, and RBAC models tailored to business needs.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IGA implementations with at least one platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years overall experience as stated in the JD.
Experienced in configuring complex IGA workflows, policies, and connectors, with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance.
Capable of leading technical discussions, gathering requirements, and engaging with clients effectively, including presentation skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and provide technical design and effort estimations for implementations and customizations.
