About This Role
- Manage RFQs and prepare technically and commercially compliant offers for replacement pumps and spare parts for domestic and global customers.
- Coordinate order processing from CRM entry through SAP order booking, involving interdepartmental coordination, technical clarifications, and tracking delivery status.
- Act as liaison between customers, internal teams, distributors, and Shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment, documentation, and issue resolution, including warranty checks.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years professional experience as Quotation Specialist or Aftermarket Engineer in industrial goods.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM software usage.
- Ability to interpret and analyze business and technical documents in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with international/domestic customers in a technically detailed sales or aftermarket role involving industrial pump products.
- Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Shipping, and Sales stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in technical and commercial evaluation and trade compliance processes.
