About This Role
- Lead and manage sales operations through direct channels (builders, connectors, brokers, references) to achieve branch sales targets and customer service objectives.
- Coordinate with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to ensure compliant, efficient sales processes and portfolio quality.
- Drive cross-selling of ABHFL and ABFSG financial products, and develop and guide the sales officer team to expand business and manage client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 5-7 years total sales experience in Banking/NBFC sector, with at least 2-3 years in Housing Finance Company (HFC) sales.
- Location: India, Karnataka, Bangalore (Star Avenue).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in relevant sectors explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in sales planning and execution in financial services, particularly housing finance, with ability to understand local market and competitive forces.
- Capable of leading and developing a sales team while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders including Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance.
