About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts for Salesforce platform including Lightning UI, Apex workflows, and APIs.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing, including validation of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, support release validation, defect management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of QA automation experience with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Lightning Experience, and API testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Provar, Postman.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Salesforce Flows, Apex basics, validation rules, and security model.
- Proficient in leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test failures, and speed root cause analysis.
- Able to operate effectively within Agile teams collaborating with product owners, architects, developers, and release managers.
