About This Role
- Lead and support projects driving competitiveness and transformation across Castrol's supply chain value chain, including product/raw material portfolio, network, and manufacturing sites.
- Manage project execution to improve supply chain efficiency and capture value at Performance Unit level with cross-functional collaboration and global handovers.
- Perform supply chain cost modelling and prepare business cases to enable data-driven decisions and track value delivery and project status for governance and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience, ideally in lubricants, chemicals, or FMCG industries.
- Solid project management experience; formal qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) for insights and problem-solving.
- Work experience required: 12 to 15 years; Travel requirement: up to 10%; Role not available for remote work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex supply chain transformation projects with cross-functional and cross-geography coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels and functional teams.
