Lead and manage E&S and EHS due diligence for various M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with Equator Principles where applicable.
Develop and implement sustainability-related value creation plans post-acquisition in partnership with project managers, including client communication and project execution.
Coordinate ESG advisory projects from conception to delivery, including drafting reports, conducting site inspections, and managing stakeholders to meet project goals.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, business, or finance; Master’s degree in environmental management or related field is a plus.
5-6 years of consulting experience, preferably in sustainability with exposure to buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools.
Ability to travel and communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
Experience working in consultative environments with project management responsibilities related to M&A and sustainability due diligence.
Familiarity with financial modeling, carbon emissions quantification, and sustainability risk assessment within M&A contexts, preferably including private equity transactions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with global teams and clients to deliver high-quality outputs.
