About This Role
- Own and manage the Business P&L for the grocery category in the assigned region.
- Drive regional grocery business growth through assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and vendor engagement.
- Ensure full vendor fill, availability, and delivery compliance while building category presence and leading new category development.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Grocery or Ecommerce/Multi-Brand Retail (mandatory).
- Deep knowledge of commodities, regional variations, pricing, vendor sourcing, and regional brands.
- Must work onsite from the office in the base location (no remote).
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing category-level business with P&L ownership and vendor relationships in grocery or ecommerce.
- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills with proven ability to solve ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with strategic focus on assortment benchmarking and portfolio expansion.
