Experience owning quality strategy and driving test automation in complex distributed microservices architectures for commerce platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in order lifecycle and omnichannel fulfillment quality, with skills in API, contract, and integration testing.
Ability to mentor engineers on automation adoption and continuous improvement while collaborating effectively with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to influence engineering quality.
