About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple engineering leads, mentoring them and overseeing team performance and resource planning in a global distributed environment.
- Drive engineering standards, agile practices, DevOps culture, and cross-functional collaboration with product, architecture, and global teams for scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing engineering leads.
- Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery model and with Agile methodologies is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing multiple teams through engineering leads in a matrix or global setup, preferably within Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Strong technical background including expertise in large-scale distributed systems, microservices using Spring Boot and React, with understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership, influencing global teams and delivering predictable business impact.
