Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
10+ years progressive accounting experience with at least 5+ years in consolidation, intercompany, or international accounting within a US multinational environment.
Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA equivalent certification.
SAP S/4HANA experience required, specifically SAP Group Reporting or SAP BPC; candidates with implementation experience prioritized.
Demonstrated expertise managing complex multi-entity, multi-currency intercompany accounting and reconciliations at scale in a US multinational setting.
Proven ability to lead multi-GAAP consolidation close processes and drive automation and process improvements in close and consolidation operations.
Experienced working with remote and cross-geography teams, especially supporting US Pacific Time close timelines and collaborating with US-based leadership.
