About This Role
- Lead and deliver large-scale technology programs including planning, execution tracking, and successful delivery of digital tech solutions.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocations, dependency maps, and technical documentation for programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to gather requirements, conduct readiness assessments, track risks, and report program status to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Program Management, or Product Management delivering scalable software services and platform features.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-scale systems and driving technical discussions.
- Strong communication skills for articulating complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work Experience Required: 3–7 years relevant experience as mentioned in JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving multi-team alignment and program success in ambiguous, technical environments.
- Comfortable leading program ceremonies, managing project visibility, and enforcing strong execution governance.
- Preference for candidates with background or education in life sciences, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or related STEM fields, and/or industry certifications like ITIL or PMP.
