About This Role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing offer roll-out.
- Maintain recruitment databases and talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to align job descriptions and staffing requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- MBA or PGDM with specialization in Human Resources or related field mandatory.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and experience with ATS and MS Office required.
- Work from home role with working hours 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday off).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with multi-channel candidate sourcing in an ed-tech or education sector environment.
- Comfortable managing full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Capable of handling coordinator-level communications with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
