About This Role
- Provide technical leadership in design, development, testing, and quality strategy for Investment Operations enterprise products.
- Balance active coding in C#, Angular, and APL with driving team-wide automation-first practices and monitoring quality KPIs.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and quality goals, improve engineering processes, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience with combined Dev and QA responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
- Expertise in .NET / C#, working knowledge of Angular, and experience with test automation (E2E, API, Integration).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps), and proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

- Strong background in enterprise-scale application architecture and deep understanding of software design patterns and Domain-Driven Design.
