About This Role
- Lead technical design, development, and testing within the Investment Operations product area focusing on .NET, Angular, and APL technologies.
- Define and own test architecture, quality strategy, and drive automation-first practices to ensure high-quality delivery using CI/CD pipelines and quality KPIs.
- Mentor and coach engineers, collaborate with product owners and architects, and advocate improvements in tools and engineering processes across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with combined Development and QA responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in .NET/C#, working knowledge of Angular, and experience with test automation (E2E, API, Integration).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps), Microsoft Azure, and enterprise-scale application architecture.

- Demonstrated impactful technical leadership improving engineering efficiency and project success in software delivery.
- Experience in designing and implementing test strategies and automation in a complex enterprise environment.
- Background or interest in FinTech and capital markets, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across international teams.
