About This Role
- Lead design and development of backend systems primarily in APL, transitioning towards cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Drive technical excellence including architectural decisions, code quality through automated testing and CI/CD, and mentoring peers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and international engineering peers to deliver reliable, maintainable investment management software outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in C#/.NET Core and Framework with object-oriented programming and backend system development.
- Proficient with Git, automated testing, CI/CD processes, and familiarity with Azure environments.

- Experienced software engineer with strong architecture and design skills in backend systems within fintech or similarly regulated domains.
- Comfortable leading and mentoring teams while managing cross-location collaboration in an international environment.
- Willing and able to learn new languages and technologies, specifically APL, supported by comprehensive training provided by employer.
